A Sincere Welcome to All,
By now most of you know that after 23 years of serving as your wholesale trade printer BCT Phoenix has closed their doors. It is our intent to begin servicing their accounts without interruption and we have been working diligently to ensure that there is 100% integrity of products and services. We thank Teresa Fernandez and her staff at BCT Phoenix for helping us with this transition and we are proud and excited to offer employment to most of the staff in an effort to keep the valuable experience and relationships that BCT Phoenix has established with you.
Here is a short list of what you can expect:
- All the art files and reorder history will remain active and valid
- Your route delivery will remain the same and with the same people
- Your customer service staff will remain the same with the same people
- Products and services will be expanded
- Technologies offered to you free of charge will be expanded
- Orderprinting.com will remain active and without change
- Your current wholesale pricing will change with an overall price decrease
- ‘Will Call’ products can be picked up at the Phoenix location for approximately two weeks. After that time pick up will be at Tempe location or other arrangements can be made.
Our goal is to meet all of you face-to-face over the next week or two. We are excited to speak with you and to discuss BCT Arizona’s products and services that will benefit your business. If you have any questions please call us or simply stop by for a tour of our new 24,000 square foot production facility.
